The following CLOSED SESSION meeting of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education will be held at from 8 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on October 28 and November 9, 2000 in the Administrative Offices of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District administrative offices, 1651 Sixteenth Street, Santa Monica for reasons listed in Section II, below.

Following Win-Win negotiations on November 9, 2000, the Board will reconvene in Closed Session for the purpose of meeting with the Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent regarding 2000-01 negotiations with the Santa Monica-Malibu Teachers Association (SMMCTA), pursuant to Section 54957.6 of the Brown Act
