The following addendum is being made to the Agenda of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District Board of Education Meeting of October 4, 2001 to the ACTION items under MAJOR, please add Item A.29a, as described below.

The next regular meeting of the Santa Monica-Malibu Unified School District's Board of Education is scheduled to be held on Thursday, October 4, 2001, in the Auditorium of Hughes Research Laboratories, 3011 Malibu Canyon Road, Malibu, California. Following Roll Call, at 5:00 PM, the Board will move to Closed Session, in the Library of Webster Elementary School, 3602 Winter Canyon, Malibu for reasons listed in Section III, below. The Board will reconvene in Open Session at 7 PM at Hughes Research Laboratories.

The Public Portion of the Meeting Begins at 7:00 PM
