To record your community service hours, log on to Naviance using the above link.

User Name: First.LastName
Password: Your Student ID

On the Top Under the "About Me" link, click on CLS Hours Reporting Form (on left).

Be sure not to write over project information already entered.

Fill out the information requested as completely as possible.
If you are unsure of the specific date, give month and year.
Please briefly describe your experience during this CSL project and add any information you wish to describe your project.

After you have entered your project hours, press Save and Return Later.
Do Not Click: "Save and I am Finished".

This will enable you to return to this page and add more hours and other projects throughout your years here.

Click on CLEVER
Click on Log in with Google
Then log in with your SMMK12.org email account
Your password is your student ID #
Click on "About Me"
Then "Surveys"
Click on either "Surveys not Started" or "Surveys in Progress"
Look for the CSL Reporting Form and click on it
